Mixer for fruit made entirely in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for crushing fruits without stones, such as apples, pears or for shredding vegetables. Equipped with 6 inner blades and sieves interchangeable, allowing a professional employment in total safety. The output of the fruit is completely separate from the rotating blades by a special stainless steel grid, and the electric motor is equipped with both emergency stop and stop sensor at the opening of the machinery. The fruit is processed completely shattered into small pieces and ready for subsequent processing by pressing. Completely disassembled for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing, it has safety sensors to prevent misuse. The machine is supplied packed in a carton box to reduce the size and easy transport.

This All-Stainless Electric Apple crusher makes the correct pulp size of your apples to press and get juice for fermentation. Equipped with 6 inner blades this process allows maximum yield potential.
The cylindrical crusher can be used on any non-pitted fruit or vegetables, potatoes, berries, destemmed grapes, pears etc.
With an updated baffle design in the feed chute, it will take the whole fruit, large or small, without having to be cut down first, poured directly down the chute. The fruit is processed completely shattered into small pieces and ready for subsequent processing by pressing.
