This class has been raved about on 3AW radio and described as fantastic. And we must agree!
During the class we will cover various processes such as cuts of meat, sorting and mincing meat, spices and seasoning, mixing and curing. Time permitting we will also show you how to make a capocollo.
You will also be given a recipe booklet to take home for future reference.
You will experience hands on mixing and filling of your own sausages or salami to take home and enjoy. (you decide what you want to make)
At the end of the class we will be sampling our efforts with a glass or two of wine, laughs and good company.
Classes are held in our demonstration kitchen in store.
Cost is $185.00, including your meat and spices, equipment to use on the night, recipe booklet, spuntino, and you get to take home your efforts
Classes start at 6pm and run until approximately 9pm.
