The machine is equipped with a 10-position regulating knob which allows you to adjust the machine to different dough thicknesses, from 4.8 mm to 0.6 mm.
Its convenient clamp secures the pasta machine to your work surface to ensure the machine remains stable during use.
This pasta set allows for attaching a pasta drive motor streamline and speed up your work, and remove the need to clamp to a bench. Motor can be purchased separately.
