Return Policy / Damages

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase.  Please feel free to contact us if you are experiencing and difficulties or have any concerns.  We are here to help and advise.

RETURNS

STEP 1:  Please contact Costante Imports directly with your concerns BEFORE returning your purchase.

              Please do so via email sales@costanteimports.com.au, or mail your concerns to Costante Imports 377 - 379 Bell Street, Preston  vic  3072.

STEP 2:  Upon contacting Costante Imports a staff member will contact you and will instruct you with your options.  Please read bellow before contacting Costante Imports.

 

Any item cleared for return will be issued  a Gift Certificate to spend at the store or online.  The amount of the Gift Certificate will be for the item only.  Postage costs will not be reimbursed, this money was not paid to Costante Imports, rather to the forwarding agency used.

Warranties vary with all items as to manufacturers instruction.

* We do not accept returns that have been used

* We do not accept returns if it has not been used as the manufacturer intended

* We do not accept returns that have been misused

* We do not accept returns for items that have been over used

* We do not accept returns if they are in working correctly as the manufacturer intended and the customer is not able to use the item.  In this case a staff member will go out of their way to instruct the customer on correct use of the item

In the case of change of mind when an item has NOT been used a Gift Certificate will be happily issued to the customer

We do not accept returns on items that have been tampered with, altered by the customer or the customer is not using the item as intended by the manufacturer

The item must be returned at the customers expense in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

 

DAMAGES

Every care is taken to pack parcels safely for delivery.

However on very rare occasions a parcel may arrive damaged or broken.

In this case it is the policy of Australia Post that the receiver bring the item and its packaging to their local Australia Post agency for inspection.  Unfortunately Costante Imports cannot act on your behalf.  Australia Post requires that all parcels are seen by the agency and a claim made.

If however an the item has been delivered by courier or other transport please take photos of damage and email them to sales@costanteimports.com.au with all the details.
