Angel Food Cake/ Chiffon Cake Pan
A 25cm aluminium pan perfect to make Angel Food Cake or Chiffon Cake. With the use of high tapered sides and central tube allows for the batter to rise and bake evenly.
After the cake has been baked in the oven, invert the pan using the built-in feet aroud the edge of the cake pan to avoid the cake from deflating.
The use of the removable allows you to unmould the cake easily and without damaging its perfect shape.
