In its perfect simplicity, it can be used to prepare three shapes of pasta: lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini. Ideal for home cooking, Ampia 150 allows you to make lasagne and pasta with a maximum width of 150 mm.
The 10-position adjustment knob of Ampia allows you to prepare pasta sheet in different thicknesses, suitable for many shapes of pasta. The 10-position regulating knob produces pasta sheet thicknesses from 4.8 mm, in position number 0, to 0.5 mm in position number 9.
The Pastadrive motor makes your work faster and safer: it is easy to fit on and provides stable operation, without having to clamp down to a bench.
It is a powerful and robust product, designed with a bayonet to make intuitive and simple installation, which ensures stability in the use (a supporting bracket is not required).

In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle.
