While aluminium is the most traditional material to make their iconic hexagonal shaped coffee maker, aluminium is incompatible with induction cook tops. The Bialetti Induction Plate is an adapter that was developed by Bialetti to allow their traditional aluminium coffee pots to function on induction cooktops.

The Bialetti Induction plate is made from thick stainless steel for perfect heat transmission. Handle made from of heat-resistant plastic - so you won’t burn your hands.
How to use the Bialetti Induction Plate:
- Place the prepared coffee pot on the plate for use
- Turn on the induction plate to a medium heat
- Switch off the induction cooktop after coffee is ready and remove the coffee pot from the plate.
- Allow to cool
