About the company, Coltellerie Paolucci:

The Company ‘Coltellerie Paolucci’ was founded in 1972, but their routes go back much further, with the Paolucci family opening up their metal working shops in 1791 in Frosolone, Italy. The town of Frosolone “with the roots made of steel” has been forging metal for knives and swords for over 1000 years.

Today Coltellerie Paolucci has established itself internationally. Coltellerie Paolucci is still based in Frosolone, Italy to this day. The experiences handed down from father to son allows the production of knives of the highest quality craftsmanship, with attention to the smallest details at every stage

Today’s blades must be the result of a perfect alloy, where the Paolucci family’s 250 years of knowledge come together to produce a blade with the strength of steel, the heat treatment and the rust resistance of chromium, together with nickel and vanadium, blend to ensure strength and hardness. The handles are made of high quality materials and have an anatomical shape. This has characterised the constant success of Paolucci products.
