Crusher and destemmer - for removing stems and crushing grapes. Full stainless steel construction. Stainless steel frame, with stainless steel destemming basket and aluminium rollers. Simple to use and practical, the hopper is equipped with a screw conveyor which continuously moves the grapes towards the rollers. All the mechanisms in the Crusher and Destemmer are driven by the powerful 1hp motor. The machine must be placed on a stand or above a collecting/fermentation vat.
The Destemming area consists of a stainless-steel basket which is perforated. Inside this drum there is a bar with paddles on it which the grapes against the stainless drum where the perforations separate the grapes from the stems.
The gears and rollers are made of nylon to ensure high sturdiness and reliability, and the aluminium rollers are also adjustable thanks to the special supports.
