Shipping & Delivery

Once paid in full, we dispatch all our orders via Australia Post and/or designated freight transport companies. We can ship to your door, Australia wide. Our aim is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, but in some circumstances, make take up to 5 business days.

Orders can also be collected from our store. For "in store pick-up" please await confirmation from one of our staff that your order is complete and ready to collect. Collections can be made during business hours.

Standard shipping can take up to 10 business days from dispatch to reach its destination and express services can take up to 5 business days. All dates specified are estimates only. Goods are delivered using a third party we unfortunately, are unable to guarantee time of delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Please be aware that all our parcels by courier are dispatched with "Authority to leave".

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Customers will be required to ensure their property can provide adequate road space for larger trucks to enter and exit, if they are requiring door to door delivery. An authorised forklift operator is required to be available to unload pallet consignments. Transport companies will often charge extra fees if parcels on the pallet will need to be manually unloaded. If the customer fails to advise us of these special delivery details prior to dispatch, added charges may follow.

There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.

Returns & Replacements

We do try and offer as much information on our products as possible on our online store to help you make the right selection. If you are unsure of any of our products, please contact us directly prior to purchasing your selected product(s) at sales@costanteimports.com.au or by phone. This is important because is Costante Imports offers no change of mind refunds.

A product may be exchanged provided the product and the packaging is in original, resalable condition and is unused. Any claims for product exchange must be made within 14 days from purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of your purchase. We recommend taking out postal insurance before returning any items.

All sales of glass items are final, and a refund or exchange will not be possible.

All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. No refund of any freight charges will be possible as the service has been provided for a third party.

Notification of the intention to return/exchange goods must be supplied to Costante Imports by email or phone before goods are returned and within 14 days of purchase.

We attempt to pack to the best of our ability, but where an order has arrived with damaged packaging, it is requirement for the receiver (customer) to take photo of the unopened carton, then open the consignment while the delivery company driver or representative is still at your location and have them witness and sign off on the damage on your consignment docket if goods have been affected. This is the only way to allow Costante Imports to make a claim against the delivery company.

Goods damaged in transport must be returned to Costante Imports for inspection before a replacement or exchange is supplied.

Warranty

Costante Imports products are warranted against defects in manufacture for 12 months from date of purchase. A copy of the receipt is required as proof of purchase. Costante Imports will repair or replace any warranty defects at its discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products used in any way other than their intended purpose, accidental damage, physical stress, inadequate care and treatment, and exposure to extreme conditions. Costante Imports retains the right to define these conditions.

The warranty does not extend to a product repaired or modified by someone else besides Costante Imports. Customers are required to follow product care instructions and take all reasonable precautions to maintain the product.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices and freight costs include Goods & Services Tax (GST) and are in Australian dollars. Costante Imports reserves the right to alter the specifications or design of its products without prior notice. Similarly, pricing is also subject to change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Costante Imports shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Costante Imports has been advised of the possibility of such damages. applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
