Destoner-pulper made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for medium / small productions. The machine realizes a complete separation of the pulp from the internal pit and simultaneously crushes the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentations, jams, fruit juices (by carrying out multiple steps). The possibility of installing sieves of various punctures from 0.6 to 12mm, allows the use of the machinery with multiple types of product and in particular: cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, tomatoes, aronia , olives (to extract the pulp).

The loading hopper is equipped with a dosing screw, and the internal shaft is equipped with adjustable rubber blades. The discharge of the inedible part (pits, seeds, peel) takes place in the front part of the machinery, while the processed product is unloaded in the lower part with a DIN 80 fitting for connection with suction pumps. Furthermore, in the case of connection with the ROTOFILTER machinery, the unloading hopper is modified with a special slipway between the two machines.

The dismantling of the machine is very simple: both an upper cover and the possibility of extracting the net through the drain protection are provided.

The machine can process fruit up to a maximum diameter of 12cm, in addition it is recommended to use the Delta2 model. Processed fruit must be ripe and soft; if not, we suggest a passage in hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
