The Easy Capper is an affordable countertop capper that will thread and seal aluminium caps to your screw top bottles. It can be adjusted for the most popular bottle heights and shapes. Made in Italy by Stellin, the Easy Capper is easy and safe to operate.
With its sturdy Italian made stainless steel construction, this compact, semi-automatic screw cap applicator is ideal for batch runs of 300-400 bottles per hour.
There are two head options with the Easy Capper:
- Oil Head - Head suitable for closure of aluminium caps size 31.5 x 24 mm.
- Wine Head - Head suitable for the closure of aluminium Stelvin capsules size 30 X 60 mm.
The machine is supplied with the head already calibrated and ready to use. The machine must be purchased with either an oil head or a wine head. As the machine applies a thread to the cap, unthreaded capsules must be used.
The Easy Capper can be adjusted for an assortment of container heights and shapes and is primarily designed for batch or medium run production of closures on wine, spirits, oils and vinegars or other beverages. 250ml to Magnum bottle sizes.
