World renowned Fabio Leonardi - FLB - electric motor for meat mincing and sauce making. Made in Italy. Fabio Leonardi’s MR7 Stainless steel is ideal for the home professional or commercial use. This heavy duty motor machine has a 1hp motor, running at 120 revolutions per minute. Forward and a pulse reverse switch. The MR7 comes with a stainless steel motor cover. There are steel driving gears and permanent grease lubrication, making for a strong and reliable motor. This machine comes with #22 mincing attachment minces at 100-300 kgs meat per hour. The attachment is cast steel with a niploy coating, niploy is a food safe corrosion free material that is designed to last. With a large Stainless steel feed tray - 30 x 22.5 x 5 cm Depth The mincing attachment comes with a number 10 plate (with 10mm holes) as standard, please specify in notes if you require a different size. Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have meat in the hopper before turning the unit on. After each use you want to disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent. Once all parts are clean dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maintenance information. There is also an option to add a SP5 sauce attachment at extra cost, or instead of the #22 attachment for the same cost. For extra cost you can also also substitute a stainless steel #22 attachment, or #32 attachment in stainless steel or niploy.

Fabio Leonardi’s MR7 Stainless Steel is ideal for the home professional or commercial use in cafes and restaurants.

This machine comes with a #22 mincing attachment that minces at 150-200 kgs meat per hour.The body and auger of the mincing attachment are made from cast steel with a niploy coating. Niploy coating is a metal treatment far superior to tin or other treatments, resulting in industry leading corrosion resistance.

Equipped with a large Stainless steel feed tray - 30x22.5x5 cm, and stainless-steel mincing blade and plate (10mm stainless steel mincing plate as standard, please specify in notes if you require a different size).

There are steel driving gears and permanent grease lubrication, making for a strong and reliable motor, and little to no maintenance required. The MR7 comes with a stainless-steel motor cover.

There is also an option to add a SP5 Passata Sauce attachment to this machine, utilising the same motor.

For extra cost you can also substitute a stainless steel #22 attachment, or #32 attachment in stainless steel or niploy.
