With a 15kg dough capacity, the 15kg Famag dough mixer is perfect for home, restaurants, pizza shops or small bakeries.
Perfect for several different types of dough, it deals especially well with soft doughs, for bread, pizza, cakes, flat bread (piada) and so on.
The Famag Dough mixer is very powerful and effective and has low energy consumption and noise levels - the machine is near silent, and does not require any maintenance other than general cleaning after use.
All Famag spiral mixers have chain driven motors, and a steel case, with stainless steel bowl and mixing arm. Cleaning is a breeze as once your dough comes together, there will be little sticking to your stainless-steel bowl. Simply wipe with a soapy sponge and dry with a cloth.
This model has a variable speed motor with 10 speeds, adjustable by a dial. The spiral dough hook on the IM-15 operates at 80-240rpm .
