Inflatable Lid Seal for Variable Capacity Tank

For stainless steel tank float model semprepieno, flat bottom and conical bottom. This special air chamber is applied on the edge of the float and once inflated does not allow the passage of air between the float and the internal surface of the tank. It is made of non-toxic material for food.

Assembly instructions:

• Make sure that the plastic vent valve on the float does not show signs of wear and, if necessary, clean or replace it.
• Once you have opened the package of the new inner tube, insert the nozzle into the hole on the edge of the float and position the inner tube around the entire circumference of the float (as if it were a bicycle wheel)
• Connect the rubber tube coming from the pump to the nozzle of the inner tube and lock it with the clamps to avoid air leaks.
• Inflate the inner tube until the pressure gauge on the pump reaches the "green" zone (in some pressure gauges it may be indicated with other methods)
• Tie the recovery cord before placing it in the container

The air chambers are guaranteed for a maximum alcohol volume of 20%
