Stovetop Tigella iron. Made in Bologna, Italy, of Aluminium construction.
Tigelle (also known as Crescentine) are a type of bread made on the mountains around Modena, they are usually filled with some of the cold meats and cheeses from the local area (though traditionally they were filled with a paste made with lardo, garlic and rosemary, known as cunza). One of our favourite fillings is a Mortadella mousse. See the link below for recipe.
