The Bigoli accessory is one of the 13 home-made pasta accessories, compatible with the Atlas 150 pasta machine. You can use it by hand, with the specific crank, or with the Pastadrive motor.
Bigoli are a type of pasta with a circular diameter of 3.5 mm. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 2 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
Made in Italy.
