  • 'La Fattorina' is the baby of our pasta extruder range. It is solidly built, with a stainless steel canister and solid brass extruding dies. It is made in Italy. 

    The rough texture given to pasta that is extruded through brass makes it perfect the perfect texture for sauce to stick, as well as releasing some of its starch into the cooking water, resulting in a silkier pasta sauce. Making brass extruded pasta the king of pasta! La Fattorina is made in Italy.
    This machine mixes up to 1kg of flour, resulting in a maximum 1.5kg of dough. It is suitable for home use or small restaurants.
    It is the smallest in our range of pasta extrusion machines, but we carry a full range of larger, more commercial machines, whatever best suits your needs!

Please note, it is not recommended to go beyond two consecutive production cycles with this machine. At the end of two cycles, the machine must be switched off, cleaned, and left to cool for at least two hours. If you require more than two cycles for your daily production, please see our larger capacity range of extruders.
