The Otello Pasta machine produces sheets to a maximum width of 150mm. The cutters produce Fettucine (6.5mm) and Spaghetti (1.5mm). Thickness of the sheets vary from 5.8mm - 0.7mm on 7 position adjustments.

The Otello Pasta machine is made entirely processed and assembled in Italy.
ABOUT THE BRAND MARCATO
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house, he sold them to neighbours on his bicycle. He opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, eight years later, where Marcato still produces all of their products today. Their machines are recognized all over the world for unbeatable quality.
