FONTANA MANGIAFUOCO OVEN COMPLETE WITH STAND $4000 FONTANA MANGIAFUOCO OVEN without STAND $3500 Oven with 60×80 cm cooking chamber. The unique cooking chamber, domed front-to-back and side-to-side, eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform heat distribution. The proprietary exhaust design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools, it is provided with wood-holder plate, fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The Mangiafuoco is constructed using 2.5 millimeter 441 (interior) & 304 (exterior - electrogalvanized) stainless steel, and corrosion-resistant, powder-coated metal. Solid weld construction is utilised, this yields a more durable product that will withstand high temperature applications. The exterior surface are treated with paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid that the external structure becomes too hot. 100% Designed & Made in Italy. Description

Available in striking stainless steel or powder coated black anthracite, the Fontana Mangiafuco Wood Fired oven is bound to be at home in your outdoor kitcken. One of Fontana's most popular models of woodfired pizza ovens, the Mangiafuoco was designed from the ground up to cook perfect, Italian wood-fired pizza. The Mangiafuoco heats up its floor surface to 400°C in just 30-40 minutes, allowing you to create pizza cooked to perfection on the wood-fired stone. Consuming 5x less wood than a traditional stone pizza ovens, the Mangiafuoco is not only more efficient, it is also lightweight and portable.
