Mezzaluna

The mezzaluna is a tool for quickly and finely chopping vegetables or herbs. With two handles and a curved blade, the knife is used with a rhythmic back-and-forth rocking motion to quickly reduce food to an even mince. They’re typically used for finely chopping and mincing herbs, aromatics, and vegetables, but all manner of goods can be used with this knife.

Thanks to its two ergonomically designed handles, the blade is kept away from your fingers for safe yet quick chopping.

The blade is made of the best alloy of molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel and are ice temped for further hardness.  The blades are then sharpened by hand for a perfect cut and a practically unlimited duration. This stainless steel alloy and finishing technique are deisgned to have the perfect balance of being easy to resharpen at home, while holding a fine and sharp edge.

Two anti-slip nylon handles are comfortable and safe to grip over prolonged use.
