The blade designed with a hawk-bill shape that easily cuts through the stem instead of crushing it. The brush at the end of the handle letting you clean debris off the harvested mushrooms on the go.

The blades are made of the best alloy of molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel and are ice temped for further hardness.  The blades are then sharpened by hand for a perfect cut and a practically unlimited duration. This stainless steel alloy and finishing technique are deisgned to have the perfect balance of being easy to resharpen at home, while holding a fine and sharp edge.
