This tool places 4 slits through the olive.
Slitting each olive will allow the water and salt to penetrate it faster and remove the bitterness, thus curing it quicker. It will also help any marinates penetrate deeper, giving your olives more flavour.
The Olive Cutter is adaptive the different olive sizes, it has four blades supported on springs so that it can cut the olive to the appropriate depth without destroying it.
It is very simple to use: put one olive inside and push it with the next.
