You can choose between two procedures:
- roll out the dough to the desired thickness, cut the dough into circles and place them on the molds and gently press with the pestle.
- create balls of shortcrust pastry, insert them into the molds and press with the pestle to give shape

- Create balls of shortcrust pastry, insert them into the muffin trays and press with the tamper to give shape.
