Each chopping block has feet to ensure that the block is not sitting on damp surfaces and also to avoid damaging benchtops. The chopping block also has an edge on the front base of the board to ensure that it sits firmly against the bench which will eliminate any movement. These boards are also extremely heavy, and this alone will ensure that movement is minimised.
These blocks are not dishwasher safe. wiping with a damp cloth is the best way to clean these beautiful boards. It is recommended to oil your board with a food grade mineral oil to ensure that your board remains in optimum condition.
