To make daisy-shaped ravioli without burrs and with the filling perfectly centered. The ravioli cutter is available in different colors: white, red, green or yellow depending on availability. The mold is equipped with a special knurled crown that allows the hermetic closure of the filling, also during the closing phase it expels the air left inside giving a nice shape to the ravioli. The Margherita Ravioli Stamp is used for making beautiful daisy shaped ravioli.
It cuts, shapes and seals in a single press.
The lower disc adjusts itself according to the thickness of the pastry thanks to the three springs inside it, thus sealing the filling.
The ravioli cutter is available in assorted colors: white, red, green or yellow depending on availability.
The Margherita Ravioli Stamp is a versitile product, you can make round ravioli, but you can also make a half moon, by folding your sfoglia over itself lengthways and only using half the stamp.
Do not wash in the dishwasher, clean with a damp cloth.
