The VIP2 is the perfect for small-medium sized restaurants. Efficiently sized, yet it is solidly built, with a strong motor, with a stainless steel canister and solid brass extruding dies. It is made in Italy. 

The rough texture given to pasta that is extruded through brass makes it perfect the perfect texture for sauce to stick, as well as releasing some of its starch into the cooking water, resulting in a silkier pasta sauce. Making brass extruded pasta the king of pasta! The VIP2 is made by Fattore in Italy.
This machine mixes up to 2kg of flour, resulting in a maximum 3kg of dough. It is suitable for use in small restaurants.

  • Included is 4 standard dies of your choice.

  • Quiet operation, less than 70dB!
  • Microswitch on the tank cover, stops the motor when cover is opened
  • Larger models from Bottene are also available which are suitable for commercial use.

Please note, it is not recommended to go beyond two consecutive production cycles with this machine. At the end of two cycles, the machine must be switched off, cleaned, and left to cool for at least two hours. If you require more than two cycles for your daily production, please see the Bottene range of extruders, which offer larger production capabilities.
