WINE MAKING KIT - (100lt of must)
Kit contains all additives required to make red/ white grape, fruit, cider and sparkling wines.
Suitable for 100lt of must/ 10 boxes of grapes.
Day 1 - Potassium Metabisulphite - to reduce oxidation, kills wild yeast and bacteria in fruit.
Day 2 - Yeast - suitable for improving ferments
Day 3 - Yeast Nutrient - used for improving fermentation and reducing stuck and sluggish fermentation.
This unique fermentation aid contains inactive yeast wall cells, nitrogen, vitamins and trace elements.
TANNISOL - for use at racking of wine. Used to help clear & preserve the wine. contains 1 x sachet for 100lt of wine.
250g of pure Potassium Metabisulphite to sterilise all machinery and tools coming into contact with wine and must.
