Made from solid 1.5cm thick Italian Pine wood, these mixing boxes or Maidda are great for dough or meat mixing.

Typically used for mixing dough for bread and pizza, as well as mixing meat for salami. 

The wooden construction remulates humidity: allowing excess humidity to be absorbed, improving both leavening and rolling out. It also improves leavening, thanks to the higher natural temperature of the wood, the leavening process improves in shorter times.
