This solid aluminium Ravioli tray makes 12 x 55mm square ravioli with 40mm round indent, all at one time.

Simply roll a sheet of pasta on top of the tray, fill the indents with your choice of filling, top with another sheet of pasta, then roll and cut in one single motion for perfect ravioli every time!

The body of the mould is made of solid die cast aluminium, which gives a sharp and defined cut to the ravioli.

There is a wooden rolling pin supplied is made of solid pear wood. The wood has been chosen because it is harder and more compact compared with other types present on the market.
