Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates

To give your Christmas parcels the best chance of arriving on time, place your order as early as possible and by the cut-off dates below.

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible by the next business day, however, due to higher volumes, it can delay order processing time.

Please see below information regarding cut-off dates from our delivery Partners.

STANDARD POST – *Order by 17 December (all states except WA & NT). For WA & NT, order with Standard Delivery by 11 December.

EXPRESS POST – *Order by 19 December (all states except WA, TAS & NT). For WA, TAS & NT, order with Express Delivery by 17 December*

If you are located in Metro Melbourne, we do have the option for point-to-point couriers. Please contact us directly for this option and a quote.

*These dates are a guide for metro delivery. If you live in a rural area, please allow additional time.

Note the dates and delivery estimates provided are a guide set by Australia Post, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they may be subject to delays. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible.

Christmas Closing Dates

Our store will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday 24th December, and will reopen at 9am Monday 13th January 2025.

Online Orders

Please keep making those online orders over the break, we will ensure to get to them! Orders will be processed upon our return from January 13th, in the order they are placed.
