Order processing times: After an order is placed, it may take a few days to pick and pack your order. Shipping dates are from the date of dispatch, not of date of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays.
Tracking: Once your order is packed and collected by the courier, you will recive tracking details to the email address you provided on your order. If you cannot see it please check your spam/junk.
Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as strike & natural disasters.
Incorrectly addressed mail: Please check your shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided it will cause long delays and additional costs.
In Store Pick Ups: Mean you will collect your order from our store at 377 Bell St, Preston VICTORIA. One of our staff members will contact you when it is ready to collect.
Glass and Glass Products: Couriers do not warrant glass or glass products. As a result neither do we.
