Olivspeed is an extremely versatile net catcher for picking
hanging fruits, which can be operated by one person alone and
is available in a basic version (manual), a Plus version (with a
universal gripping system) and Go Plus version (motor-driven).
- It saves you time as the net does not have to be laid out on the ground: it performs a “fan-like” movement and,once open, covers the entire area where the olives drop and enables them to be collected directly in the crates positioned on the equipment.
- It can be used on rough land due to its compact size and motorized drive (Go Plus version).
- It is indispensable for harvesting in terrace olive groves, due to the innovative system for opening the net catcher positioned on the operator’s side.
Made in Italy, the umbrella has an opening of 7metres.

OlivSpeed is an inverted umbrella catcher net for the harvesting of hanging fruit and olives. It saves you time as the net does not have to be laid out on the ground: it performs a “fan-like” movement and,once open, covers the entire area where the olives drop into the umbrella and enables them to be collected directly in the crates positioned below.
It is designed for harvesting with electric and pneumatic hand harvesters. The umbrella gets wheeled up to the tree, fanned around the trunk, and allows every operator to be free to move around and collect independently. Harvesting can even be completed by a single person, thanks to its innovative design and chunky off-road tires, a single person can even push the umbrella.

HOW IT WORKS
- Open the umbrella so that it fans out around the tree.
- Collect starting from the outermost leaves.
- Collect proceeding to the inner branches of the tree, releasing catches on the net supports to free corners of the umbrella in order to get closer to the trunk.
- Close the umbrella and move OlivSpeed to the next tree.
