Tannisol Wine Additive. For the prevention and treatment of all wine diseases.
Tannisol is a complex product with an antiseptic and antioxidant action, that is ideal for preventing common microbial diseases such as 'tourne' and 'oily' and chemico-physical alterations of wine. It protects and cures wine from oxidative alterations ('casse') , and keeps clarified and filtered wines unaltered and brilliant.
It is effective in preserving wines contained in partially empty casks, after racking, during transportation and in hot periods. Use on musts before starting alcoholic fermentation provides an antiseptic action that is favorable for the selection of microbial flora suitable for complete and quality fermentation.
Recommended usage:
▪ 1 sachet/hL for must before fermentation onset.
▪ 1 sachet/hL for finished red wine and as a preventative.
▪ 2 sachets/hL for unfiltered wine and as a corrective measure.
▪ 3 sachets/hL for sweet wines.
