The pasta cutter is adjustable by removing the cutting wheels to make pasta and pastry of various widths and shapes.
This tool can cut pasta twelve different widths: 13 – 19.5 – 26 – 32.5 – 39 – 45.5 – 52 – 58.5 – 65 – 91 – 117 – 143 mm
The article consists of a wooden handle, support rod in stainless steel and 12 Derlin plastic smooth blades with a diameter of 40 mm.
The blades can be easily dismantled and the tool can be used with the desired number of blades.
