This machine attaches to the Bottene Pasta Extruder and automatically rolls the sheets pasta via an electronic conveyor belt onto a spool.
The spooled pasta can then be used with the Bottene BE90 'Raviolatrice' Ravioli Machine or for easy portioning and cutting of lasagna sheets.
The AV90 produces a pasta sheet 9cm wide. The conveyor belt is powered by low voltage, directly via Bottene machine.
The cost of the AV90 is exlusive of the brass die. The special brass die that pairs with the AV90 is an additional cost, which will depend on the model of Bottene machine it is being paired with.
