Serrated Bread Knife

Italian made Serrated Bread Knife. Bread knife's uses aren't just limited to cutting bread, it can also be used to cut cakes or any delicate baked good. The knife's long serrated blade works best on food that is hard on the outside and soft on the inside like bread. Thanks to the serrations on the blade, the points can grip the outside without squashing the delicate bread. The long blade limits the user having to cut back and forth, which can squash the bread.

The blades are made of the best alloy of molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel and are ice temped for further hardness.  The blades are then sharpened by hand for a perfect cut and a practically unlimited duration. This stainless steel alloy and finishing technique are deisgned to have the perfect balance of being easy to resharpen at home, while holding a fine and sharp edge.

An anti-slip Polypropylene handle is comfortable and safe to grip over prolonged use, thanks to pleasing to hold and anatomically profiled shape.

About the company, Coltellerie Paolucci:

The Company ‘Coltellerie Paolucci’ was founded in 1972, but their routes go back much further, with the Paolucci family opening up their metal working shops in 1791 in Frosolone, Italy.
