Electric gnocchi roller, capable of producing 60 – 80 kg of gnocchi per hour. The Capitani GN2 Gnocchi machine produces gnocchi made with both fresh potato or with dehydrated potato mixes. Suitable for use in restaurants and for wholesale applications. Made in Italy.
Features:
It is equipped with a device for adjusting the size and the groove of the gnocchi. Simply adjust the cutting blade speed to determine the length and size of the gnocchi. Thanks to the rapid interchangeability of the forming block, it is possible to produce gnocchi with different diameters.
The machine is complete with automatic flour dispenser to dust dumplings and a device that allows production of both smooth and ridged gnocchi.
The design of the GN2 allows for more efficient productions. The dough is fed continuously and automatically into the machine, no having to stop to push the dough into the chute as the auger automatically pulls the dough into the machine.
In addition to the funnel and the auger, the forming block of the GN2 model is easily removable and allows faster cleaning. All parts coming in to contact with the are made of food grade materials that offer a complete corrosion guarantee and are completely removable to facilitate accurate and quick cleaning.
The GN2 Gnocchi machine is mounted on a stainless-steel stand, with 3 racks for standard 60 x 40 cm perforated pasta trays.
