Made by Bottene in Italy. The PM120 is suitable for producing up to 50kg of pasta per hour. The PM120 has two pasta tanks, a dough tank and an extrusion tank, which allows for a continuous cycle pasta making and thus large quantities.

These machines are hard working, easy to use and clean. It is possible to produce various type of fresh pasta thanks to the extensive range of bronze dies available, with any type of flour, with or without eggs and even coloured pasta: red with tomato, green with spinach, brown with cocoa etc.

Hard wearing, innovative and simple to use it is indispensable for anyone wanting to make quality products from any sort of flour: durum wheat semolina, soft wheat, whole wheat, gluten free etc, and with or without eggs.

The Bottene PM 120 has a water cooling system in its extrusion pipe which enables a constant temperature to be maintained thus improving pasta quality. Perfect for large restaurants chains and retail applications.

A range of pasta shapes can be made, Bottene produce a large range of brass extrusion dies. See the whole range here (Included in the range, but not on the list is a 'sfoglia' die for making sheets of pasta of adjustable thickness).

Auger and mixer removable for an easy cleaning. Electronic cutter for short pasta with 2 blades. Independent four wheeled stand with ventilator.
