The Delta Zero Fruit De-stoner is made in Italy from stainless steel, and is suitable for most small productions, processing up to 550kg of product per hour. The machine completely separates the pulp from the inner stone and simultaneously crushes the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation or making fruit juices and jams.

There are optional interchangeable sieves with different sized perforations suitable for different fruits including: cherries, plums, apricots, apples, pomegranates, prickly pear, tomato, berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sea buckthorn), olives (for applications with pâté) and more.

The loading hopper is equipped with a dosing screw, and the internal shaft is equipped with adjustable rubber blades. The discharge of the inedible part (pits, seeds, peel) takes place in the front part of the Delta Zero, while the unloading of the processed product is always in the lower part. The dismantling of the machine is very simple: both an upper cover and the possibility of extracting the net through the drain protection are provided.

In the case of fruit with a diameter greater than 8cm, it is recommended to use the higher models (Delta 1 -2). Processed fruit must be ripe and soft; if not, we suggest a passage in hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
