Motorized destemmer. Enamelled steel frame, with stainless steel destemming basket. To operate the machine must be install on a stand or above a collecting/fermentation vat.
The Destemming area consists of a stainless-steel basket which is perforated. Inside this drum there is a bar with paddles on it which the grapes against the stainless drum where the perforations separate the grapes from the stems. The grapes are crushed much more gently this way than with the rollers, resulting in higher quality must.
