This sausage filler is manufactured in Italy by Fabio Leonardi (FLB) . This is a heavy duty model made of full stainless steel construction and suitable for professional use. 

Designed to make filling your sausage and salami quick and easy. Features a two speed gearbox, with a slower speed for filling, and a fast speed for retraction and quick barrel removal for speedy refilling. 

Manually operated sausage fillers are our preferred tool to fill salami and fresh sausages, they offer you much greater control and speed when compared to a funnel on a manual or electric mincer.

The cylinder is locked automatically. The machine can be secured to a table thanks to the two clamps which are fitted in the side slots.
