Fratelli Gemignani Variable Speed Spiral Dough Mixer 7kg

Designed and manufactured by Fratelli Gemignani in Italy. This dough mixer is designed to produce both small and large quantities of dough for bread, pizza and pasta and cakes.

Gemignani Mixers, thanks to an optimal revolution ratio between spiral and bowl, powered by a strong and noiseless chain drive, are reliable and durable, easy to use and easy to clean.

This mixer is equipped with an inverter on the motor, so that is possible to adjust the mixing speed of the spiral from 30 to 270 RPM. Making it suitable for both low and high hydration doughs.
