Suitable for processing cherries, plums and apricots.
The destoning machine separates the stones (pits) from the fruit before processing. The stones are ejected separately from the mash. The mash can then subsequently be reprocessed for the production of juices, jams and marmalades.
There are optional interchangeable sieves with different sized perforations suitable for different fruits.
The de-stoner can be placed directly over a vat, or on an optional stand.
