Used for curing meats giving a constant pressure.
This salami netting is made from a heavy duty, high quality elasticated cotton, and comes in a continual length. It is used to keep salami and cured sausages held tightly together during the drying and curing process. This salami netting will maintain a constant even pressure around the sausage or cured meat as it shrinks.
