Pesche and Zeppole di San Giuseppe Class with Adelina’s Kitchen Dromana and Costante Imports!

After ceasing classes at her home due to Covid-19, Adelina’s Kitchen is back! This time running classes in our newly renovated ‘Costante Cantina’ at Costante Imports in Preston.

We are so excited to be hosting Adelina at our kitchen and look forward to the delicious dishes being made in the classes.

Pesche (Peaches) and Zeppole di San Giuseppe Class:

Two of Italy’s iconic desserts, Adelina will demonstrate step-by-step the art of making Pesche and Zeppole di San Giuseppe, from making and cooking the doughs, to their delicious rich fillings. 

In this part hands-on class, we’ll each get a turn to make the Pesche and Zeppole. We will learn to prepare the fillings. Finally, we will fill and shape the pesche, and fill the Zeppole, garnish and EAT! Taking home the rest to share with family and friends!

About Adelina:

Adelina was born in Calabria Italy, and trained as a Chef in Australia where she worked in some of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants for many years before settling down in Dromana. Since then, she has written 5 popular cookbooks, held her wildly successful cooking classes and grown a large social media following!
Adelina started sharing her expertise of Italian (specifically Calabrese) and international cuisine, and of course SWEETS! After great demand, she began cooking classes and released her first cookbook, and as they say, the rest is history!
