Polenta and Pizza Wooden Serving Board

Board for serving pizza by the meter and also be used to serve polenta.

Made in Italy from single piece multilayer evaporated beech wood with short handle, the wood has not undergone any harmful treatment, and is suitable for food use. The surface of the meter pizza board is smooth and level with no knots, dips or cracks. The wood used is free from odors that can attach to the foods it comes into contact with.

Raised on small legs to assit with lifting up the board, and with a small handle on one end.

Maintenance:

It should be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge or by rubbing it with a damp brush (never wash in the dishwasher or with soap).

The board must not remain damp, in contact with water for a long time or soaked because the wood could absorb humidity and get damaged.

It should be dried immediately with a cloth and then left to air dry in a vertical position.

The board should not be exposed to high temperatures (e.g. hot air) to speed up the drying process.
