Stainless Steel Pot with Stirring Agitator 50L

Heavy stainless steel jam pot with agitator. Made in Italy.

The pot has a large 45cm diameter allowing for 50 litres or 30 kilos to be cooked in each batch. The stainless steel pot with stirrer is ideal for the production of jams, jellies, custards, sauces, etc.

Heavy metal base distributes heat evenly to mimimise catching and burning. The pot is completely smooth inside and has no joins which will ensure that no food or bacteria gets caught

Thanks to the gate valve at the bottom of the pot, the contents can be safely poured out.

The agitator has a frame made of stainless steel, whilst the polypropylene scapers ensure that all food is constantly distributed and scraped off the base and sides of the pot.

Heavy duty motor ensures that this pot is suitable for large batch and commercial use.

Suitable for use on all cooking surfaces including induction.
