Professional Benchtop Sausage and Salami Crimper

This Crimping Tool is used for stapling or 'crimping' the ends of your fresh or dehydrated salami and sausage casings and netting.

With this sausage crimper, you can close sausages quickly and easily an aluminium clip with an easy pull of a lever. This can be used to seal off the start and end of your casings.  

It is suitable for use on all meat types and casings.

Suitable for use by home artisans, butchers and meat processors. The Crimper is also perfect for small supermarkets, bakeries, delis fruit shops, as it can seal mesh bags and plastic bags.

Easy to use:

This sausage clipper is very easy to use. Before you can seal the sausages, you first slide the U-shaped clips onto the rail. Then, insert the sausage/salami into the sausage clipper and lower the lever. The U-clip closes around the sausage and the sausage is sealed. Do this for both ends of the sausage. You can easily adjust the pressure force with the dial.

The Benchtop crimper has a thickened steel base, keeping stable when used. With a damp cloth and mild detergent, you can easily wipe all surfaces clean.
