The Cubo is made in Italy.
The perfect size for Arrosticini or Speducci, each skewer will be approximately 15mm.
Included steel piercing rod to pre pierce holes for bamboo skewers.
Recommend knife is thin and long that can pass the cube in one slice. Not included with CUBO but can be purchased separately and highly recommended is the Arrosticini Cubo Knife
It is always recommended to use meat with a good fat content, as fat gives the meat flavour and keeps it moist.
