Traditional double ratchet basket press is simple and rugged. Built for durability, these presses are made in Italy. Fundamental in wine production, capable of efficiently extracting the must.

It consists of a cage with wooden staves, which opens into two halves. The cast iron ratchet has two operating speeds to precisely control the applied pressure. Supplied complete with crescents and blocks, which are essential tools for evenly distributing the ratchet action over the entire surface.
